About Polymaleic Acid (PMA)
Polymaleic acid is a low molecular weight polymer of maleic acid that works as a scale inhibitor, dispersant, chelating agent and crystal modifier.
It performs well in boilers and evaporators where temperature and alkalinity are high, and stays stable in the presence of chlorine and other oxidisers.
