Orders are shipped through established transporters such as V Trans, VRL, ARC Ltd, Lalji Mulji Transport, Bhavna Roadways and others.

When will I receive my order?

• Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmed payment through delivery partners chosen for your address.
• Delivery within India normally takes 7–10 working days depending on location (up to 10–12 days for remote areas).
• If unforeseen local situations cause delays, we share the tracking / LR reference so you can contact the transporter.

How will the delivery be done?

Our delivery partners across India deliver to the transporter godown nearest to you. Door delivery may be arranged at extra cost.

How do I change the delivery address?

The shipping address generally cannot be changed after confirmation. If the order has not shipped, call +91 9724593964.

How much are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges are to-pay: you pay the actual amount to the transporter at delivery.

Can I return my purchase?

Shipped chemicals cannot be returned, except when they arrive damaged.

Can I request a replacement?

Risk and title

Title and risk pass to the buyer once goods leave our premises. Transit insurance is not included unless requested.
