Because our products are industrial chemicals, most are non-returnable once dispatched. Hazardous materials and flammable liquids cannot be returned.

Damaged or leaking goods

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product, packaging and LR copy. After review we will offer a replacement or refund for the affected quantity.

Refunds

Once a claim is approved, we will email you confirmation and refund the amount to your original payment method (bank account) within 7–10 working days.

Late or missing refunds

Check your bank account first, then contact your bank – posting can take time. If you still haven't received it, contact us at the email or phone below.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged in transit.

Shipping costs for returns

Transport charges are non-refundable. Where a return is approved for reasons not caused by us, return transport is borne by the customer.
